Tekser is a Kazakh–Russian dictionary and language-learning app. This policy explains how the app handles your information. In short: Tekser is designed to work offline and collects as little data as possible.
Your flashcard lists, saved words, and saved phrases are stored only on your own device. This information is never transmitted to us or to any third party, and we cannot access it. If you uninstall the app, this data is removed with it.
Tekser includes an optional feature that lets you report a mistake or suggest a new word. If you use this feature, the app opens a Google Form. Any information you enter there — such as a word, a suggested correction, and an optional contact detail — is submitted voluntarily by you and collected through Google Forms, where we use it solely to review and improve the dictionary. If you do not use this feature, no such information is sent.
Tekser does not collect personal information automatically. The app does not track your location, does not contain advertising, does not use analytics or tracking tools, and does not require an account to use.
Tekser is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The optional report feature is the only point at which any information can be submitted, and only if a user chooses to fill it in.
The optional report feature uses Google Forms. Information submitted through it is subject to Google's privacy policy, available at policies.google.com/privacy.
This policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
